American midfielder Johnny Cardoso to miss Jamaica-US second leg after straining left hamstring

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Midfielder Johnny Cardoso will miss the second leg of the United States’ CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinal against Jamaica on Tuesday because of a strained left hamstring.
