Motherwell goal vs Rangers & Hearts penalty should have stood, say SFA panel

The Scottish FA’s Key Match Incident (KMI) Panel have deemed Motherwell’s third goal against Rangers was incorrectly ruled out, while Hearts were wrongly denied a penalty by VAR at Ross County.
