Welcome to Soccer360Live! By accessing and participating in our platform, games, and community features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and rules for using our site.

1. Eligibility

Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 10 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.

Legal Compliance: The platform is intended for residents of Canada and users from regions where participation is permitted. If you access the platform from outside these regions, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration and Security

Creating an Account: To participate in games, access community features, and use our points system, you must register an account.

Community Features: By creating an account, you agree to engage with our community features (such as forums, groups, or messaging) responsibly and in compliance with our community guidelines. Inappropriate behavior or harassment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Soccer360Live is not liable for unauthorized access due to inadequate password protection.

3. Game Participation and Rules

Real Soccer Data: All games and challenges are based on real-world soccer data. No fantasy data is used.

Match Predictions and Challenges:

  • Player Selection Deadlines: You must select your players for the week by Thursday, 10 p.m. EST.
  • Highest Rated Player: Every Monday at 7 a.m. EST, the highest-rated players by position (Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder, Forward) are identified. If the highest-rated player is on your team, you will earn 10 points. Winners are notified via email.
  • Daily Random Player Selection: Each night at 8 p.m. EST, four players (one from each position: G, D, M, F) who have played minutes are randomly selected. If one of these players is on your team, you will win 100 points. Winners are notified via email.
  • Performance Points: Every Tuesday at 6 a.m. EST, your team’s performance is evaluated based on the players’ goals, assists, tackles, passes, saves, and cards. You will earn points based on the following:
    • 1 Goal = 3 points
    • 1 Assist = 2 points
    • 1 Tackle = 1 point
    • 1 Save = 2 points
    • 1 Card = -2 points
    • 5 Passes = 1 point

Guess the Match Results: You can predict the results of five upcoming matches each week. For each correct guess, you will earn 10 points, while each incorrect guess will result in a 5-point deduction. The prediction options include a home win, away win, or draw. You are allowed five match picks per week.

4. Points and Rewards System

Earning Points: You can accumulate points through various platform activities such as:

  • Correctly guessing match results.
  • Having the highest-rated player on your team.
  • Winning points from the daily random player selection.
  • Earning points based on your team’s weekly performance (goals, assists, tackles, etc.).

Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts, digital rewards, or other items listed in the rewards section. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for currency.

Points Expiration: Points may expire after a set period of inactivity, as indicated in your account settings. Soccer360Live reserves the right to modify expiration policies.

Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate the points system, including cheating, creating multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.

5. Prizes and Draws

Daily and Weekly Draws: Eligible users are automatically entered into daily and weekly draws for prizes. These draws are conducted at 12:01 a.m. EST, with daily draws based on engagement and weekly draws based on participation.

Notification and Prize Claims: Winners will be notified via email or in-platform messaging. Prizes must be claimed within [insert timeframe], or they will be forfeited.

Prize Substitution: Soccer360Live reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes have no cash alternative.

6. Purchases and Payments

Product Purchases: Users can purchase digital or physical items using points or real money. All transactions are subject to our payment processing terms and conditions.

Refunds: Purchases are subject to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Refund requests must be made within [insert timeframe] of the purchase date.

Digital Products: Digital products, such as downloadable content or in-game bonuses, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Payment Security: We use secure third-party payment gateways for processing transactions. Soccer360Live is not responsible for any payment issues related to third-party providers.

7. Community Guidelines

Community Engagement: Users are encouraged to engage with other members through profiles, forums, groups, and messaging. Users must respect the community guidelines and refrain from posting offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content.

Inappropriate Conduct: Harassment, spamming, or abusive behavior in community features will result in account suspension or permanent termination. All posts must adhere to the platform’s content policy.

Group Creation: Users may create groups and participate in forums. Soccer360Live monitors all group activities to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Data Collection: We collect and process your personal information in compliance with Ontario’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By using the site, you consent to the collection of data necessary for account management, game participation, community engagement, and reward fulfillment.

Data Sharing: Soccer360Live does not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third-party services to improve user experience.

Parental Consent: For users under the age of 18, parental consent is required for data collection and participation.

9. Disqualification and Account Termination

Prohibited Conduct: Cheating, fraudulent activity, or violation of our rules (including misuse of platform features) will result in the suspension or termination of your account. Soccer360Live reserves the right to void any points, rewards, or prizes gained through improper conduct.

Multiple Accounts: Users may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage will result in disqualification.

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time. However, all points, rewards, and prizes associated with the account will be forfeited upon termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute related to the platform, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email]. We will attempt to resolve issues informally.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.

11. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

Service Interruptions: Soccer360Live strives to maintain platform availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for technical issues that may affect participation in games, challenges, or community activities.

Plugin Downtime: Any downtime or issues related to platform features may affect your ability to participate in games, make purchases, or engage with the community. Soccer360Live is not liable for such interruptions.

12. Modifications to Terms

Soccer360Live reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Platform Use: Soccer360Live provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform, and disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer360Live will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, games, points system, or community features.
